In The Bin's blog

In The Bin began in 1999 through the vision of short film director and enthusiast, Jed Cahill. Cahill’s vision was to create an event for aspiring film makers showcasing the very best of their talents.
The response to the initial event was so overwhelming that In The Bin became an annual event. Over time the festival has seen exponential growth traveling with In The Bin Education Program to over 50 communities each year. No community is too big or too small and no distance is too great for In The Bin to travel.
